You can pick something that closely relates. What other options do you see?

Guys, what's the final clarity on GED in the education section? Is it Class 12th as GED section is followed by undergraduate/graduate.
Also, what are you guys doing about the fee waiver? The mail says it will be processed after 5-10 days, won't that be like leaving the application on the edge

Also, is everyone supposed to upload their transcripts on GIAC after 1-2 days of submission as mentioned in the admissions page. I thought that was for a selective set of people.

From what I understood - GED seems to be US specific. I am based out of India. I picked No for GED and entered my High School details in the fields below.

Awesome! Did the same. Any clue about GIAC or fee waiver? I’m submitting my application today so I’ll have to upload my official transcripts again on GIAC after 2-3 days?

"Transcripts take 2-3 business days to be reviewed by GIAC before they are applied to your application. Please keep that in mind when uploading close to your deadline "
Should I be concerned or writing to adcom, given I am submitting today

Has someone found any section to upload extracurriculars and awards?

Haha, this application is like a big puzzle.

Haha I agree. Also, didn’t find any section on extracurriculars or awards. Any idea on this GIAC thing?

Not sure about the transcripts - will probably write to them a little later today. When I asked them about the application fee waiver, this is the response I received. Copy-pasting it -

To quickly answer your question -- hang tight! Processing time will NOT negatively impact your application. Submit your application when you're ready, and the team will ensure your application fee waiver is processed 5-10 AFTER you submit your application.
After you hit "submit" on your application, you will be taken to a separate page to pay the application fee, but DO NOT pay that fee. Allow the team 5-10 days and your application fee status will be updated! Again, this wait period will NOT negatively impact your application.

Thanks a lot! I’m also confused with this GIAC thing. It says it will only be initiated once we submit the application but then GIAC will take 2-3 days to approve so be careful if submitting around the deadline. I don’t know why the official transcripts are needed to be uploaded again separately.

Thanks. Yeah for GIAC we need to upload the transcripts. I am bit concerned about the timeline too. But at this point, we don't have those 2-3 days. So no point worrying about that.
When the school gives us a deadline to submit then they will honor it.

khulluskywalker I remember reading that you can upload the transcripts only after the application fees has been paid.
So in case of fee waiver, I guess we might have to wait longer to be able to upload the transcripts.

I was just thinking about the same thing! This would lead to more delay. I guess we should still drop a mail to adcom, just for mental satisfaction and to avoid any last minute heartburns
