Hi Guys, I spoke to adcom about GIAC uploading and implications from fee waiver waiting period. Here is what they said: Yes, we are only supposed to upload the transcripts on GIAC once the fee waiver has been processed, which will take anywhere between 5 and 10 days. Waiting this long to upload transcripts won't have any negative consequences on our application overall or the interview decision. If you guys also want to check this, do use teh chat link and let me know if you get more clarity on this.
