Hii.. Anybody who got GMAT waiver here and got an admit?

Can you share your profile? And also when did you receive your interview invite after submitting your application?

Anyone having around 2-3 years of experience who got admit?

I see a lot of questions in almost all forums like "anyone from xxx region with xxx gmat with xxx experience got ivite/admit/ding" . I will say onething from my experience. It doesnt matter my friend..out there all of us are alone. even if you were the president of the worldbank they will reject you if your essays/interview didnt go well. I got dinger in all 7 colleges in 2021 March in R2. I got dinged in Kelley too as i blew the interview. I improved my interview game and essays and applied in R1 for Fall 2022. And i got in in december 2021. Nothing great had happened in my profile with in these 6 months. Also i used the same gmat score. I believe you get the idea. Just focus on your profile/essay/interview . If you can improve your gmat it is good too. Dont waste time asking these questions. . I used to do it too. Dont get me wrong. Just saying from my experience.

1 year Investment Banking Experience 7 years Project Finance experience in O&G Chartered Accountant CFA Level III Candidate Submission date: Oct 15 Interview date: Oct 24 (On a Sunday) Please be patient as Kelley rolls out interview almost everyday. There's no timeline whatsoever. I will advise you come up with strategies to show interest in the school while waiting for interview invites. E.g. Attend events (not application related)

You nailed it. Thanks for this. Please never compare your profile with other candidates, it will dampen your morale and not in any way help you. Get your application intact (Essay, CV, Recommender). Choose the best available recommender for your profile. It speaks a lot. For example, an applicant that has worked for over 3 years in an organisation, but failed to get a recommender from such organisation (Immediate/Past Manager or other Senior Colleagues) will likely be dinged. Why? It shows you are not good with relationship management. Only a strong optional essay can save such person. In summary, put yourself in the shoes of Adcom when submitting an application.

For those that have received interview invite, congratulations!!! Kindly use the debrief section to prepare. However, don't memorize your answers not to sound like a robot. Lol Get your Whys right (Why MBA, Why Now, Why Kelley)....then for your behavioural questions, get your stories ready. Your stories are not meant to be from your professional life only. Better to mix it. Professional, College days, Volunteering experience, Personal etc. For example: "Tell me about a time your team member did not participate in given tasks"....here, you can use group assignments from college days to answer this, if you have a scenario.
