Yes, you need one. It’s not in the application form itself, it’s just after the Apply page IIRC

Hi Hadi,

would you advise applying earlier with a lower gmat 600+ score in hope for a conditional offer ? or is applying on round 3 after getting a 700+ gmat score a better option ? currently my biggest bottle neck is my gmat and I am quite confident if I took it again after a month I could reach 700+. Would really appreciate any insight such as if conditional offers are only offered to round 1 and 2 applicants and if getting my app viewed earlier with a lower gmat would be better than applying after a satisfactory score at round 3. Thanks in advance.
