You should always try to show a well-balanced personality. Maybe 1 professional club and 1 social/sports club is fine. But 3 clubs might be too concentrated. Even 2 clubs, if they are of similar nature, might be too concentrated. There are so many things you can write - centers, volunteering, trekking, in-class contribution, startup ecosystem, sports etc. Make sure to highlight why these contributions are meaningful to you. It depends on the specific prompt, but you may talk about the following:

(1) Why or how you got involved
(2) A major accomplishment you achieved or obstacle you faced
(3) What you learned from that particular project
(4) How you might pursue this going forward or what it means for your development as a person

For Fuqua, you want to cover (1) then note how you would follow up with this at Fuqua to cover (4). Hope that helps!
