All 3 of my contribution essays are regarding the creation of clubs or adding to existing clubs. Is there anything else that people have written?

On a lighter note "Once is happenstance. Twice is coincidence. Three times is enemy action" - Ian Fleming.
Essays should be at resonance of the larger you espouse for, the greater change you seek to see in humankind/corporations tomorrow.
A cause based advocacy gleaned out of one of your club initiatives can further your narrative, helping the Ad-com visualize the horizon that you seek to develop.
Please do calibrate your essays to suit the college, their culture/history/anecdotes in media to have a positive recall value.

There are a variety of ways to address this question that is beyond clubs. You can speak to treks, conferences (might be close to clubs), academic research, social events, alumni-related events, school/administrative initiatives, etc. Some of these might require some extra research or creative searching, but you can definitely introduce variety into this essay besides naming three clubs.
