Unfortunately, I'm having the same issue. Here's what I did and didn't work,
1. After installation just ran in. It didn't work.
2. I allowed as an exception in firewall program. Again, it didn't work
3. I ran the command "ESSB://ISDEMO". Same results.
4. I have waited few minutes.
still I couldn't see the lunch button. Is there anything else I am suppose to be doing?

Hi Everyone, I am preparing for my GMAT online exam, which is in a few days and as recommended I was just checking to ensure that all the system checks are ticked. In that process, I downloaded the ESSecure Browser (from the examity website). Then I followed the PDF and installed it. Post that, the browser launched and displayed 4 words "Lockdown Browser Launched Successfully". In the PDF they mention that there should be an button to "launch" the browser and enter some URL. I don't see anything on the screen except those 4 words and a "close" button on the top right.
Could anyone guide me on how to go about this?
Thanks in Advance.
Yes you just have to close it now.
You don't have to do anything.. only half an hour before the test the launch button will get activated.. you can go to your profile in MBA.com and near your appointment the launch button will be active.. and only 15 minutes before the test you'll be able to connect to the proctor..
Just make sure you've allowed pop ups in your browser settings. And make sure you're using a high speed laptop. Internet speed alone isn't enough. Your laptop also has to be fast. All the best!

Bhu750 Yes you're absolutely right, software works just fine although when you download the ESSecure Browser and install it, the launch button does not appear the same way the PDF depicts. Thanks :)
