mba.com not working

Question

Hi guys 
Has anyone having trouble assessing  https://www.mba.com . I am getting an error message saying "error 20". can someone plz help me with this.

I have the same problem and it's been going on for days (no response from GMAC customer care). The only solution I found was to use a EU vpn (I'm in aus and it seems to be a location issue).

Still terrible service from GMAC but hopefully this solution works for you.

Works in the US a as well without issues.
P.S. Our CDN has had some glitches for users in Vietnam and few other exotic locations (the site loads without images and looks black and white) so we turned it off this morning. May be the same issue happening with some locations ?

true, it's a Australia specific issue, works fine using a VPN to the USA. 
Not really sure what to do. 
The guys at GMAC have not responded yet.

MBA com website is a mess right now. I finished my GMAT online exam a couple of hours back but the website is showing that the exam is still in progress.!

I think maybe this site has been blocked due to the politics of the government or your school. You'd better use a VPN to get access to these geo-restricted websites. With a VPN you are pretending to log in to the site from a local server. I recommend you to use Turbo VPN, which I have used for several months. And everything goes fast and well with its connection. Try it!

The OP faced this issue some time back, so this is probably not an issue that they are still facing. That said, although there are countries that restrict access to some GMAC services, the most likely reason is that, as bb mentioned, the local server (if that's the name for it) was down.

Of course, there have been reports in the past of mba.com going down for everyone as well.

Hi,

mba.com seems to be acting up on my system. this is happening since yesterday.
I have uninstalled google chrome, re started my Mac and downloaded and installed again. Still no luck.

This is happening, right when i plan to book my online exam

Must be a server issue at GMAC's end, don't worry everything should get sorted out in a day or two, if you really need to contact them then you can contact them on the social media handles on twitter or Instagram.

See whether you can access the site through your phone's internet. If it does, you can hook your phone up to your PC/laptop and complete the booking or try to book through the phone itself.

Are we supposed to download the onVue fist and then run the test??
