there is kind of a self assessment form/short essay required to be filled for people who are shortlisted till a deadline date asking some workplace related crisis handling situations, or maybe they change the questions every year, can't say about the topic. But that was how it was done last year for shortlisted candidates. but I can't see any such link on my dashboard yet, can somebody else update?

sushmita2294 , are you talking about the WAT? In the dashboard, in our application form, when we scroll down to the 4th page of the form, there is a section called self-assessment with a set of questions regarding achievements in the last three years, challenging situation, subject in your graduation that interested you the most etc. But there is no deadline mentioned.

I’ve received the invite as well, but the email didn’t mention anything about prerequisites of sorts. I see bunch of questions at the very end of the application form though, but as you guys mentioned there is no deadline or a way to submit the answers. Has anyone tried reaching out the XAT help desk? I dropped a query but I'm afraid it wont be answered today as its a Public holiday.
