If you look last year, there was a similar submission of a J-term candidate who received an acceptance 2 or 3 days after having their interview feedback submitted. I don't think the ClearAdmit poster is misrepresenting.
EDIT: Also, the admissions process is holistic. That's really rude and assumptive of you to dimiss them because of their nationality and having ONLY a 740 GMAT which is 97 percentile. Get over yourself.
I'm Indian and not trying to be rude or discount anyone's achievements. It just seems highly unrealistic to me given the timeline of 95%+ other candidates. Sure, if the person was in a bit more of a unique field or demographic, may have been more plausible. Happy for them if they did indeed get admitted / hear back quickly.
