Prime number P is greater than 3 but less than 9 and prime number Q is greater than 11 but less than 19. If \(A = P Q\), A is between which of the following pairs of numbers?

(A) 10 and 110
(B) 30 and 130
(C) 50 and 150
(D) 70 and 170
(E) 90 and 190

How did you eliminate option B?

I have the same doubt, two answer choices are possible, B & C.

IMO are both B & C the right answer choices.

\(P = { 5, 7}\) & \(Q = {13,17}\)

\(A_{Min} = 5*13 = 65\) {Options (D) & (E) can be straightaway be rejected as minimum value of 65 is not withing rane}

\(A_{Max} = 7*17 = 119\) {Options (A) can be straightaway be rejected as maximum value of 119 is not withing rane}

Thus, IMHO (B) and (C) remains...
