On GMAT club, I could find a lot of questions that are close to OG ones. I only used free TTP version, but found the questions to either be really simple or be really difficult. I found they asked the exact question rather than hinting at what you need to find like official exam

On TTP i was doing really well but when i do gmat club questions or the practice exam I’m not doing so well

Hi
I have my exam next week.. I am planning to do practice tests 3-6 by then
I have taken practice tests 1 and 2 twice each and got the below results
Test 1 attempt 1 - 615
Test 1 attempt 2 - 625
Test 2 attempt 1 - 715
Test 2 attempt 2 - 615 ( I couldn’t complete DI section - Scored 84 in quant and 82 in verbal)
I am finding hard Verbal and DI qns difficult to solve at the moment.
Does someone have any suggestions on what I should focus on right now ?

Hi, I started preparing for GMAT (selfstudy) with official guide. I was good at quant but struggling in Verbal with only 60% being correct. So I planned to take a prep course. What would be ideal short term course for 45days eGmat or Gmatwhiz or anyother. Please give a genuine answer it would be helpful. Thankyou

­Hell, what you need a clear understanding of what is driving your score or accuracy to 60%.

Is it RC or is it CR?

For me I was almost always at 80% accuracy in RC at higher levels of difficulty. For CR I was more 60% so it was limiting my ability to improve my verbal score.

So you want to understand which one is driving the score down.

If it is CR you will want to have a solid process for solving CR questions, you can watch GMAT Ninja videos they will help you build a process if you have not yet. There is Powerscore from LSAT the CR bible that can help, don't get too involved with practicing LSAT questions.

You can also refer to my hand written notes by question type on CR if you want to review those. The link is in my signature.

I am not sure a paid course is required....

Hi Guys, I would need a quick guidance from the forum. I took the first mock on MBA.com and scored 645 Q85 V82 DI78. What do you think my plan of action should be to score a 705+. Open for suggestions and subscriptions.

Weakness I found were RC 50th Percentile and DI.

Hi. Congrats!
A point on any section is a contribution of about 6 to 7 points towards your score overall so you need to squeeze out about seven more points somewhere

It doesn’t matter what you try to improve, as long as you can improve it so I would suggest improve the areas that we would be more likely to succeed perhaps an area easy or an area you enjoy more than others or at least dislike less than others
