Now, I have to achieve that they change my name and give me a waiver to schedule the test...

Hello everyone,

Finally, I got my name updated on the system, in addition, GMAC team gave me a voucher to reschedule my exam.
There are some gray zones with this kind of problem, because the system is designed for American names, and there is no information or examples about how to fill the form for people from other origins.
GRE people give very specific examples for this kind of problem and I think that GMAC should be more explicit to avoid this issues.
I warned some friends to review their names to avoid this issue.

Hey guys, I have a strange issue and wondering if someone has advice.

I wanted to purchase mocks 3,4,5 and 6 for my upcoming GMAT. I accidentally purchased the 'focused version' of the mocks - but my exam is in the classic GMAT format. Customer care says this is beyond their control. Anyway I can escalate this issue?

Bummer. Sorry about that. We have not had a president for this yet so you’ll be the first one figuring out how to resolve this.

I don’t think these are refundable but they may be nice enough to exchange them somehow. You’ll have to keep contacting GMAC on social media perhaps.
