B) & C) are the most attractive options

A,D,E are out of scope

C) is wrong because comparing dosage of 500mg with 100mg (recommended dose) is 400% higher not 500%

B) makes absolute relation

B is the best option amongst the given choices.

But the word "massive" is kind of misleading. We do not for sure know what is constituted by "massive", is it 500mg or 1000 mg or more?

C comes close but the calculations presented are way off. With other options being out of scope ones.
