I saw this in a prep book stating the answer as B. IMO it is A. Can someone explain the reasoning behind this?

As for option B, what is the range of massive? How much of massive is safe and what level of massive can kill? Also, for option E, increment in proportion... to what point? But one thing is certain, it's not a placebo, it actually helps, only that it does at a particular level of dosage. My opinion...
