I got the invite last week but names just now

I proposed face-to-face chat even though in the email sent from AO it says zoom, skype, wechat is preferred but I have a flexible schedule and I can make it to any café (don't think one of them will propose to grab a beer to chat about this but who knows ..) so I hope they'll accept (one has some common with my background, another not at all so I'll have to dig something first for the conversation)

I think it depends, one of them reached out to me right away .. another I just sent an email Yep you'll receive an email from your AO detailing their contact info, phone & email address and the deadline, my deadline to conduct the two interviews is 9th June

Yes and especially if it was a whole semester - definitely helps! Focus on what you gained from it from a cultural angle and think about how that might add to what you could contribute in the classroom or colleagues accordingly. Think about how it shaped you
