How can strangers on the internet tell if something is worth it for you? what are your goals? your motives? IMO you should study only what you want to. if you wanted to do an MBA and applied for the same, that should be your next step. If you only applied for the sake of studying something in the US, then thats a different story. No offence, i dont mean to come off as harsh.
I appreciate your input. However, my goal is an MBA but in real life sometimes you might not have another opportunity to apply and this might be the only year. What I meant was is the course good in terms of value? I didn’t ask if it was right for me. As someone who’s not in the US, it does make sense to ask a random stranger on the internet who’s in the US and has a better knowledge about the course on ground as compared to someone who just has access to the website. Didn’t mean to be rude, no offense.

in that case it makes more sense to be reaching out to current students in the MS program.

How will an MBA forum give you this info? lol

Yes, clearly reaching out to ms students would have been better. Thanks for proving it. :)

My guy, you're the one here asking a question about an MS program in a forum of potential MBA students.
Seems like pointing that out has triggered you.

Asking strangers if "X" course has value is purely subjective. it can be of value to someone looking to get into finance, but can be of less value if a candidate wants to get into an LDP or marketing role.

Make better use of your time by reaching out to current students / alumni of the MS program on linkedin, than trying to beef with people on an internet forum.

True ..it’s an Simon ’24 fall MBA forum chat...not some MS or Dental school or etc. keep chats specific to MBA only.

🤷‍♂️ Oh my god. Big deal. There’s a way to be communicating the same thing. If you feel something is not right, try to say it without sounding like belittling or bossing around.

Glad u know how to communicate...now shoot personal dms and emails to MS seniors, faculties, people in field, LinkedIn, reddit, adcom members, instead of throwing your fit on MBA forum.

MS people here have already caused lots of misinformation and misdirection by shouting they got in or waitlisting and trying to disturb MBA candidate folks

Lmao guys let it go.
ps2897, just like you, we’re all candidates for the MBA program. You may be asking for input on whether to pursue an opportunity, but that answer is better found with people who have conducted research on the MS programs. Mostly not us.
But seriously, if there were a misunderstanding, you could have out and about said that. There was no necessity to mess around being indirect and rude to others.
It’s easier to aggravate a situation. While you comment on others’ chats, why not be the bigger person yourself?

Because, it’s a genuine question I asked. A simple answer could have been " Maybe you should do that " Rather than bossing around on what not to do on here, and dont do it here.
