Hi everyone,
I am happy to report a successful test taking experience. I scored a 710 (Q48 V40 IR7). Though I wouldn't have minded an extra 20 or 30 points, we humans have this quirky tendency of always craving a little more, like a never-ending buffet at a GMAT feast!
It was not too long ago when I was extremely disappointed after scoring a 660, after months of hard work and intense prep. It's funny how things work out, I was under so much pressure when I gave my previous attempt because I wanted to get a good score before R1 deadlines. But this time, I knew R1 was long gone and I could give two more attempts before the R2 deadlines. So I was very calm because I had nothing to lose and I ended up getting a very good score. This shows how important it is to be in the right state of mind for any challenge.
I want to thank all the experts on GMATClub for their invaluable guidance. I reached out to AjiteshArun and EMPOWERgmatRichC who generously provided me with guidance and direction without expecting anything in return. Thank you for your support!
I also want to thank GMATNinja team for creating their wonderful YouTube playlist which I believe is enough to succeed in Verbal. Mr. Charles, your videos are matched only by your amusing but insightful replies on various posts. And your advice to practice LSAT Qs worked wonders for me. Thank you!
