I have zero basis and I dont have a math historical past either, I did a manhatten prep Gre exercise check and scored 153 V and a hundred thirty Q. I didnt even recognize most of the questions and observed myself selecting solutions randomly. Can anyone give suggestions?

From your situation it appears as though you are lacking in fundamentals - practising questions at such a stage is useless, as you do not have the required knowledge to solve them.
Since you are interested in GRE, I would suggest purchasing gregmat - it costs $5 a month and it covers everything in the GRE. Gregmat also offers a layout of a study plan that one can follow (be warned it is quite intense).
The key here is to develop your concepts before practice, and then using practice to solidify said concepts.
