Does anyone have idea about Kolkata interviews?

What all does the interviewer have access to? Is it just resume and essays? Or he has visibility for my complete application including awards, activities, gmat score and all other things filled in the application? can anyone please help?

As far as I am aware, they don’t have the visibility of the gmat score of a candidate. Rest of the aspects are accessible to them.

Hi all - is there any flexibility when it comes to the resume format we need to upload to ISB ? I find the margin sizes quite restrictive and would like to expand it a bit so that I can fit in more text. Also, can re-shuffle the section order as per my choice (like work ex, education, etc )? Please let me know how much flexibility we have on this matter.

Hi, Why would you want to trouble the reader who is already reading so many essays and resume? I would suggest you to stick with the format. Its easy on their eyes and minimise the risk of getting your resume rejected.
