No the Interview Schedule Link was blank in my case and I received email.

Shivansh1414
Those who got an offline invite, was the line ’Interview Schedule Link:’ mentioned?
There would be "Interview Schedule Link:" (with no link)

If you received the interview confirmation but not the link you can wait for few hrs there can be a technical glitch on their side.

Earlier ISB sent online invites to people who opted for offline and later they sent the mail for offline interview mentioning that the previous mail should be ignored

in any case you can write mail to ISB admissions team to get clarity if you have any doubt

I am not an expert on this but you should receive as mail when they decide to interview you .. so focus on the mail and make sure to check your inbox regularly meanwhile prepare for the interview

what was your interview experience like ? and was it offline or online ?

It would be helpful if anyone can share their interview experiences please - like how much time were the interview, where there any guesstimates or case studies asked, any out-of-box questions that were asked.

Hi BigMan98 , I hope you are doing well.

Your profile is a strong mix of professional and academic achievements, supported by leadership roles and significant volunteer experience. With nearly 5 years in risk and operations at a Tier-1 financial services firm and an infrastructure company, along with leading impactful projects, your experience is compelling. Academically, your GPA of 8/10 and high school scores reflect consistent excellence. Your involvement as treasurer of college clubs and on the basketball team, paired with 7 years of volunteer mentoring, showcases well-roundedness. Your GMAT score of 695 is great. To strengthen your application, you shall focus on crafting essays that highlight your leadership, unique project experiences, and how ISB aligns with your clear post-MBA goals. Strong recommendations and leveraging your volunteer work can further differentiate your profile. You can consider applying confidently but remain open to additional options as well.

If you’d like, we are happy to discuss more details about your work experience, leadership roles, gaps (if any) and extracurriculars to assess your chances better and strengthen your application with impactful stories.

Cheers!
