Work Exp- 56 months as of matriculation. 48 months at a Tier-1 financial services firm as a risk/operations associate and almost 8 months as a risk consultant at an infrastructure firm. Led big projects and have good recos.
GMAT FE- 695
GPA-8/10
10th(CBSE)- 9.8/10
12th- 93.6%

Treasurer of college clubs, part of college basketball team.
Committed volunteering exp with a school for over 7 years as an advisor/mentor.

If you already have 2 years of workex, you will not qualify for YL.

For YL, candidates should no more than 24 months of experience as on 15th June 2025.

If you already have 2 yrs of work ex as of today then you’ll only be eligible to apply for the PGP program since your tenure would be 2+ yrs by 31st March. Feel free to reach out to us at Preppie for a detailed discussion

Hey BigMan98 ,

Your profile, GMAT score and work experience is good. However, Round 3 has very few chances of acceptance, with fewer spots and limited scholarship options. Since admissions committees would have already admitted Indian male engineers from R1 and R2, you shall consider what makes you stand out? If you can highlight your unique qualities and the specific value you’d bring, then R3 could still be worth a try. Otherwise, strengthening your profile and applying in R1 next year should be good.

Hi, my ISB R1 PGP application status changed to "shortlisting in progress" for my Kolkata offline interview and it is also showing interview schedule link when I am viewing the application but it is blank. Does this mean anything?

If the deadline has passed and then you send gmat score, it will be counted in next round. Received this response from ISB when I had raised the same query
