Hello, this is an appreciation post for Sarthak - Career Edge for helping me in my ISB PGP application process and I do give a huge credit to Sarthak in this success.
I am a Chartered Accountant with 2.5 years experience in PwC. I had a 645 in GMAT FE. I have been a little skeptical about the admit because the score was a little on the lower side. But Sarthak has always encouraged and motivated me, had the confidence in my profile. He has perfectly helped me bring out the spikes in my profile, helped me brainstorm and curate my essays, reviewed them thoroughly and gave valuable inputs. More importantly he was available 24*7 which I believe is one of the best things because my doubts got clarified within no time leaving not a single second go waste. He has put in equal efforts as I did, was 100% invested in my story and journey and his unwavering support helped me secure the admit.
He has patiently answered all my queries, how many times ever I asked and I see him as a great mentor. Thank you so much Sarthak.
To all the future applicants looking for someone to help with the application process, I will strongly recommend Sarthak.
All the best Guys!
I'm sure you got a discount worth approximately 5k for a video testimonial and other reviews.
To everyone reading STAY AWAY FROM SARTHAK FROM CAREER EDGE.
I wasted 35k of my hard earned money. He promised he would help brainstorm for all three essays AND the resume and that he would even write the essays for us (not something I was entirely in the favour of). I planned to write my own essays but thought the draft could be useful nonetheless.
Guess what? The drafts were not jusy below average, they were staright up PATHETIC where he force fitted complicated words with basically zero narrative.
There was no brainstorming. After the initial call for discussion of essay 1 (which lasted a grand total of 15 minutes), only pre-recorded voice notes were shared.
There was zero help provided for the resume. His only response to my essays drafts and resume was "Looks good 😊"
But wait, this is not even the worst part. As if the false claims and sub par essay drafts weren't bad enough, turns out, this guy is also EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT.
He had the most unbelievable responses to basic queries. When asked "what should I cut down on my resume to make it all fit in 1 page," he said "I think your resume can be 2 pages as well"
The ISB team very clearly stated that the resume has to be a 1 page document. When this information was shared with him, his response was "I think the resume can be 2 pages but up to you. Edit as per your understanding."
I deeply regret signing up with him.
TL;DR: SIGNING UP WITH SARTHAK FROM CAREER EDGE IS MOST LIKELY A RECIPE FOR DISASTER. PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION.
