I don’t understand why is ISB not sending rejection emails if it has already sent the admits and emails to waitlisted candidates. Why is it asking us to wait till Feb 25? Even if seats get available wouldn’t waitlisted candidates get a chance? And sending a rejection email takes similar effort as sending an update email which they did yesterday.

Aren’t the students who received the update mail yesterday also considered as waitlist students ?

I was interviewed and still received the email yesterday instead of getting the waitlist email so that is not the case

I think there is a possibility that they still need to take a decision on those candidates for whom the mail has been sent - this includes final admit decision and interview shortlist decision... Just a guess
