I had my interview today and I was asked the following;
Introduce yourself.
Why Fuqua?
Leadership experience without formal designation
What you hope to contribute to Fuqua.
The interview lasted for 45mins.
Her questions lasted for about 25mins and we spent the rest of the time with my questions and follow up conversations.
It was an interesting and relaxed conversation.
Felt like I was over prepared.
My advice would be that you should find a way to infuse your stories that you feel the need to share in your intro and with other questions.
The time goes by very fast and you may not get asked questions you have prepared punchy responses for.
A friend had his yesterday and he was asked the following;
Tell me about yourself
Failed project
Leadership style
Attributes you look out for in your team member
Constructive feedback
Looking out for in Fuqua mba
Why mba and things you look to get out for
Short and long term?
How do you support teams in leadership
How do you handle a non collaborative teammate.
