I'm a North Carolina resident, and live within 30 minutes of UNC and Duke. UNC is my first choice however I didn't apply early out of concern that I might be passed over for grant money if I had a binding commitment.

GPA: Washington University in St. Louis. 3.01 overall GPA, double-major in political science (3.3) and marketing (3.5). Upward trend in GPA from ~2.3 during freshman year to 3.5+ during both semesters senior year. Made Dean's List twice during senior year.
Work experience(WE): One year work experience prior to starting my own business- have worked in business ever since, growing to a peak of 24 employees and ~$4 million in annual sales. Total work experience at matriculation ~88 months.
