I am a MBA ( HR ) graduate with 1 yr experience in to HR - Recruitment..
I am planning to give my GMAT.. I was wondering would I be eligible to get into a B-School with my exp...

Please suggest me on this...

One thing I can suggest to you is to have a good explanation why you require a second MBA degree - all schools will ask you this question and many will reject for that reason.

Unfortunately, your chances of getting a second MBA from a reputable school are basically zero.

Thank you for your response.. I am not looking for MBA but planning to do my Masters in entrepreneurial or in HR ...
I was wondering like would I be considered with such a less exp .....

So you're looking to get another degree that duplicates what you already have?

At this point, focus on work experience. Getting more degrees or credentials isn't going to really help you.
