Here is one of the ways that adcom might work - Review apps and if the admit decision is obvious then they are done with tht app and they can simply update the database (but not provide the access to the link). So, it is possible that only guys whose admit decisions have been uploaded to the database so far were able to see the link (see because access was provided accidently). I mean it is very easily possible to have criteria where an empty decision cell would mean that the link is not visible. Basically, it is easily a technical glitch because of which few candidates were able to learn about the decision early..

and for ppl who were not able to see any decision link may not have their decisions uploaded so far.. which could anything... In fact, I am in a situation where I am not sure if I shud be celebrating yet :)

I seriously doubt that everyone who didn't see the link is a WL or a ding. Just as Ross releases interview invites in batches, I'm sure they begin uploading decisions in batches. Not only that, but given the amount of strong candidates on these boards who applied to Ross, there surely would have been many more admits coming forward.

It s weird. When I click on "view credentials" only the toefl appears ... no Gmat is there ... Do you guys see the GMAT as well ?

They could be going in any order. Alphabetized by hometown, date of birth, SSN, name, number of friends on your facebook account... or it could be completely random. No use speculating.

I called the adcom. technical glitch acknowledged.. decisions seen were termed 'not final'..

It makes a lot of sense!

I dont know, however, what order they was following. More obvious acceptances, alphabetical, guys with scholarship or another one.

ps: the brazilian guy I talked to has a very strong app (GMAT 760).

Mine has TOEFL, GMAT, and....wait for it........... my SATs from 10 years ago 0___________0
Really hoping they don't keep my high school application for their undergrad.... otherwise i'm doomed~ =D

On a side note, Joe now has to spend his morning doing analysis to figure out how the glitch happened, then spend his afternoon in meetings explaining to everyone why there was a glitch and what his remediation plan will be to ensure it doesn't happen going forward.

Poor Joe now will likely be working right up to the deadline, and have to deal with a host of new process and bureaucracy in future rounds/years.

Sorry Joe. Been there.
