Just got a call from Kellogg (847) this morning 10 am EST - I'm in!

So, yesterday, I'd been wondering about how Kellogg would turn out - I thought I had a strong application and good grades/GMAT etc, but you never know with b-school applications...and a few of the admits had already heard...

As it turns out, Kellogg may have informed me late, but they did want me! I was also informed in the call about a named scholarship that I had received. Good stuff!

For those that are interested, I'm international / M / mid-700s GMAT, high GPA / 5 yrs WE. The strongest part of my Kellogg application were my essays - primarily because I did the Kellogg app last (so it benefited from the improvements resulting from other apps).

Gotta get through my work-day now somehow! Best of luck to others waiting...

Wow!!! really good stuff! big congrats to you...I got in on Wednesday and still I've been on this forum everyday just reading and staying in touch with people - don't know if that makes me pathetic, LOL, but it's fun around here and I get excited hearing all the great news

I'll second that - not all dings are out. Still waiting here; status update says app completed. Interviewed on campus Nov 19, so it seems like the later interviews are being decided later. Congrats to those who are accepted, and for the dings, drinks are on me...

Does the status say this for you ? --> "All the required elements of your application are complete.

If your interview has been completed, the application has been submitted for review to the admissions committee. If your interview has not been conducted, the application will be submitted to the admissions committee upon completion of the interview. The next status check update will be the admission decision (Admit, Waitlist or Deny). When a decision has been rendered, the Office of Admissions will send you an email notifying you to check your status for your decision. Decisions will be released throughout the round, but the majority of decisions will be released during the last several weeks of the round. "

Thanks everyone, I'm sooooo excited for her. The great thing about having your spouse get in is that even if I get dinged I still have something to celebrate.

The avatar is a picture of one of the guys from the cult classic VH1 show Growing Up Gotti. I really think they paved the way for patriots like Pauly D. I chose it b/c the hair is glorious, the stare is hypnotizing, and radiant light coming off his white jean jacket makes him look almost angelic

I actually got a mail, and not a phone call. with the title "update from Kellogg" so I was sure it was a ding. turns out they had problems reaching me through the phone so they sent an email delivering the news and I was asked to contact Jennifer Hayes to get my code and all....

International, 24yo, GMAT 710, GPA 91 (0-100 scale), background in the Media and Diplomatic fields, mainly in Israel and Africa.

Interview: Oct 10th

Status online still says "All the required elements of your application are complete".

Weird, I haven't had any status updates to my application like that -- mine still just says submission status: submitted for both parts 1 and 2 of the application. My interview was off campus on 11/22...was I supposed to submit something after the interview to indicate I had completed it??

Just kidding, I'm a moron. I was looking at the application page not the status update page! Why can't they just consolidate the two??
