TragetTestprep anomaly in it's service

Question

Has anyone faced a similar situation that i faced today ?

I subscribed to TargettestPrep by subscribing to it's 1$(5 days) trail plan. But after 4-5 hours of doing so, i got a mail stating my subscription has ended.

Can anyone suggest something ?

Hi,

There may be some technical glitch, otherwise TTP is a great course to have. On TTPs home page, there is a chat option available where you can tell them your concern. TTPs team is also very cooperative and a I am sure they will give you some solution.

Hm.... that's unusual. I would contact their support. My only thought is that in case this trial is only available one time per user/customer, their system may have flagged you and disabled access.... but no other reason you should run into trouble with that.

I have pinged their team about this issue.

I see that you recently sent us an email, and we actually responded back a few hours ago.

Regarding the expiration of your trial, your trial subscription ended because you signed up for a second trial and we allow only one trial per user.

Please respond to our email, and we can take things from there.
