You will be asked to submit any and all transcript of the colleges you listed on the application. However, if these courses are not your regular courses that you'd take in school and that the classes have no bearing to your bachelors degree, I think you may be able to leave it off. And even if the schools decide to do a background check on you, the check would be on the stuff that you put down on your application.
Yeah, they had no bearing on my bachelor's degree, rather they were just courses I took for a professional designation.

In that case, I don't think it's necessary but honestly, if I were you I'd call the school and ask about this. Most, if not all schools ask you to put down any institution that you've attended and for you to purposely withdraw information regarding these extra courses could be counted as 'unethical'. To err on the safe side, I'd call the school and ask about it.
