Equation gives us -> x=3

Now - Consider -1) Triangle A has sides whose lengths are consecutive integers
Consecutive integers with having one value as 3 -
1-2-3, 2-3-4, 3-4-5.
In that 1-2-3 can not form triangle since it fails a necessary property of a triangle, i.e. -> a+b>c but here 1+2=3 -> so failed.
Rest two pairs are possible.
We can do much with those 2 pair so move two 2nd statement.

Now - Consider -2) Triangle A is NOT a right triangle
This kicks off 3-4-5 pair.

We r remained with just 1 pair- 1 solution -> Answer C
