Hi e-gmat
I have been emailing your customer support from last 15-20 days to freeze my account. I will not be able to study for next 2 months because of personal reasons and I would like to freeze my account till that time. There is no response from any or your agents. I have also emailed Payal. Your online contact-us form is not working and is giving below error from last 2 weeks and Interestingly there is no "another method". Hope you will see this message at this forum at least and I can get a solution. Thank you.

We are sorry to hear that you were having issues with connecting to us.
Our last email, seeking confirmation to freeze your account is still not responded by you. We have not received any communication on any of our email accounts.
As of now we have frozen your account, considering the above post as your confirmation, and sent you a mail. Please reference the mail and reply back to us at support@e-gmat.com for further communication.
