Hi,there are free versions of the 002 edition (the one with red cover) available online and then there is the 2015 edition with blue cover which needs to be bought. Is there any significant difference between both editions and will the older edition suffice for the preparation?

Are you talking about the Official Guide Verbal Review? One edition is much like another in terms of content quality. Of course, any free edition you find is illegal.
