Hi All,
I have scored 770 in GMAT and i have good leadership experience throughout my 8.5 years of experience, however, i have a doubt whether three backlogs which i got in first three semesters each will reduce my chances to top b schools or not.
Please help.

Hi. Welcome to GMAT Club.
I don't know what backlogs are. I am guessing some kind of a failing grade? It is not a big driver for someone who graduated that long ago and who has a very high GMAT Score. You can always write an optional essay and clarify why you have failed or had issues during your first year or 18 months. It could be turned into a strength or a personal reason. Should not be an issue.

yes, backlog means failing in a subject. I was wondering if schools will straight away reject my application due to that.
