Does anyone know the latest that WL's will get a final decision? I know classes officially start July 31, so would we have to wait until July 30 or something?

Does anyone know the latest that WL's will get a final decision? I know classes officially start July 31, so would we have to wait until July 30 or something?

Someone asked this question at one of their information sessions. Admissions said that they may be sending out notifications of admission up until a couple of days before pre-fall begins.

They also confirmed that they received a large influx of applications this year.

Thanks ! My interviewer called me with an update.

After waitlisted , I followed up with admissions as mentioned in the letter to seek more details. The admission committee is good at providing guidance. They let me know , why my profile is waitlisted. That helped me to figure out next steps.

Also , they have given definite (more like 2 weeks from the date accepted ) deadline for every admitted candidate to confirm their decision, if no decision is made within the timeline then they don’t get to register for classes. And they review waitlisted candidates once every week.

I haven’t heard back yet but my interviewer earlier this week mentioned that adcom will be meeting next week. They should be rolling out more decisions either end of next week or the following.

I haven’t heard back yet but my interviewer earlier this week mentioned that adcom will be meeting next week. They should be rolling out more decisions either end of next week or the following.

Just had my interview. It was ok. Probably gonna get WL since there’s so many candidates and I applied late R5.

We have the same timeline. I also received the admission email. Have you received the portals link where you can officially accept the offer and pay for the commitment deposit? I am still waiting for that and a bit worried since the email said 7/13 is the deadline to pay for it.

I have not received the portals link to accept the offer. The admissions team is still interviewing and reviewing applications so they’re probably swamped. If I don’t receive the link by tomorrow, then I plan to reach out.
