I didn't got the idea that how phrase " historical precedent " relates to other companies.
“Historical precedent” means a past event or decision that serves as an example or guide for current decisions. In other words, you look at earlier, similar situations and use those outcomes as a basis for judging what is likely or reasonable now.

Hi preeti_6798 looking at the structure of the argument, it started by presenting a context, then one firm projection, so this is fact, the BF1 is skepticism on prjection, BF2 countering the skepticism. So in this argument there isnt any main conclusion, its a factual type argument.
