Other than these links you have to read good fiction books and newspapers , articles upgrading your vocabulary.
Please do daily 2 RC questions with out fail and similarly after you gain confidence in RC every alternate day do 2 CR questions
For SC there’s a grammar book in the above link u can download and free with a lot of basic’s and which will help ultimately in improving your SC.
And anytime if you think you have burned out just take a day off which will help you.

Make a habit of reading quality content everyday for atleast 30 mins.
Some sources online, Op-Eds in NYTimes, Scientific American, economist etc. Try to read out-of-interest topics more, it will help you gain confidence.
Books are definitely another source for reading.
Overall, make sure you remain connected to paragraph while reading and also at end analyse the Mainpoint of the article.
Over the time you will gain confidence. All the best!
