Hi everyone, I need an advise, I just got my official score 640 Q48 V29 I’m happy with my math improvement, though I think I can push it to 49-50, but my verbal score dropped to the level lower than it was after first mock test! I’ve been studying for 3 months almost everyday day for 5-6 hours/day. I used e-gmat platform, OG and Manhattan gmat books. This is really disappointing for me because it seems like I’ve done all wrong. My first official mock was 620 - Q44V31 After 2 months of studying: 1. E-gmat mock 680 Q47 V35 2. E-gmat mock 680 Q46 V36 3. My most recent score on the official mock was 710 Q48 V40
I’m trying to analyze what went wrong and what to change in my strategy. I’d appreciate any recommendations/ comments 🙏🏼

DF2021 - I am sorry to hear that you did not do well. Given that you scored in the V35-36+ range on three mocks, you likely have the ability but underperformed on the test. PM me or write to me at rajat@e-gmat.com so we can figure out where/if you need reinforcement. We will also be able to diagnose any timing issues and confirm your ability using your Scholaranium stats.
I understand that you are disappointed, however, I am very certain that with a bit of test readiness, we can get you to a 700+ score (or even higher). Here is a student who improved to 730 from 660 once he did test-readiness with one of our strategy experts.

If you feel your fundamentals are solid, consider working on your solving approach. May boost your score a bit. Had a student for example who went from a V31 to a V40 in about 30 days. Perhaps working with a study buddy with strong Verbal skills may be helpful. You could teach them Quant in exchange.
