Hey Guys,
Ive been preparing for GMAT for the past 1 month and planning to appear around late July. As I've been preparing, over the course of my preparation i purchased the test series of Princeton and Manhattan. As i sat for the tests from both the companies, i found that my score in princeton exams to be slightly higher and level of question difficulty is lower as compared to Manhattan CATs. For example, the quant section in Manhattan is way more tough than what actually appears on the GMAT and for princeton its just the opposite. Is it just me or is this in fact a true observation? I just wanted to know am i making a mistake by relying too much on Princeton CATs

Hey Dhruv,
We can't comment for other tests but do note that no test prep company's algorithm will exactly match the real thing. The best we can do is get close.
In terms of our scoring, many of our students report scores that are +/- 30 points from their actual GMAT test and so are a relatively good indicator of their performance. That said, no practice test can perfectly replicate the actual score algorithm, but this is quite close.
If you decide to try a practice test from a test prep company different from the ones you are currently using, then you are more than welcomed to try a free GMAT PILL practice test here complete with detailed performance and timing analytics:
