Hi
I ran system check to ensure I do not face any challenge during the exam. However I am getting the following error in the MIC , Tried every trouble shooting but no success.Have put mails also to the below customer care ID but no reply from them.

What should I do now.
Has anyone faced such a challenge and can help me out of this.

While the mic test is on try speaking something , so that mic detects some noise..
This error is mainly due when mic detects no noise..
