I purchased the GMAT official guide 2021 online question bank + e-book from official gmac site on 10th March 2021. I only received an email stating what the purchase will appear on my credit card bill and absolutely NO EMAIL with an activation code for my purchase.

I tried contacting the admin and even registered my complaint at gmac's official site, but never heard back from them. What do I do?

I recommend that you e-mail GMAC with proof of purchase (as an attachment) stating your problem.

Hi. It is a pretty cumbersom system. Sorry you have to deal with it.
You have to get the ebook/PDF from the Vital Source https://bookshelf.vitalsource.com/

Search your email to see if you got an email from them that went into your JUNK.
If not, you can try registering an account using the same email address. It may link the two or at least give you some ideas how to recover your PDF.
