I took the GMAT twice, both times I scored 680 (Q48 / V 35). I was highly disappointed with my verbal score because I scored far above this in all 6 official CATs. So I decided to buy the official ESR and I am absolutely puzzled by my Reading Comprehension score.
I was always quite solid in RC even when I had a bad feeling. However, on test day I actually even had a good feeling.
For my first attempt the ESR gave me the following results: CR 88%, RC 76% & SC 56% (percentile)
For my second attempt the ESR gave me the results: CR 84%, RC 6% & SC 91% (percentile)
Can someone explain me how such a massive drop could be explained?
Could it potentially be that there was a mistake on GMAT or facility side or that I accidentally clicked the wrong answers on all RC questions?
Any advice and opinion would be highly appreciated!

Given the ESR data, it may be worth asking GMAC to open a case. Attach the ESR data to provide support, since the RC percentile, if I'm not mistaken, suggests not a single counted RC question was answered correctly.
