Hello guys,
I took KAPLAN 1 today and scored 520 (36 / 23).
I am half way through with OG 11 and Manhattan SC.
I have been preparing for GMAT for last 15 days or so....
Please let me know if this score is good / bad for now...
I am certainly not happy with the score.

I'm not familiar with the Kaplan tests, but I think from what I've heard they tend to be harder and not very accurate. I would suggest you take one of the GMATPrep tests as these are generally regarded as the most accurate. When you're going through OG11 make sure you understand the answers to all the questions and the logic necessary to solve the problems. Simply doing the problems will not increase your score very much but understanding the logic and approach will allow you to solve more difficult questions and to solve them faster.

I agree with ajk2010, Kaplan's test scores are not representative of the real GMAT. I'd use them to understand the concepts, but I wouldn't get myself hung up on the scores from Kaplan. PowerPrep and the OG are much better indicators of your real GMAT scores. I got a 580 on the Kaplan Diagnostic, 700 and 650 on PowerPrep and ended up with a 680 on the real thing.
So take the PowerPrep tests and use them to gauge your real score level.
