Kaplan tests are truly more difficult than the real thing. I thought this was especially so with their Quant section. I always struggled to finish it. I got two 600's when I took the Kaplan tests early on in my studying and decided to not take another one as it was just discouraging to me. I got a 740 on the real thing but I don't think the spread between Kaplan and the real thing is as large as mine as though, since like I said, I took the Kaplan tests early in my studying.
