I can see there aren’t many questions today, so I will ask one and answer it myself:
Q: Should I apply in R2 this year or wait for R1 next year
(R3 chances are lower!)
A:Most schools have similar chances in both R1 and R2. YES, R1 is slightly "better" as it has higher chances of acceptance and scholarships, but R2 has very similar chances, so if your profile and application are ready, don’t worry about R2 and apply. if your profile needs strengthening (GMAT, more work experience, more time to write your applications) then wait till R1 next year

Hi, Although you come from an overrepresented background, sounds like you have the full package - great GPA, good school, fantastic and international work experience so far, and nice GMAT. ALL GOOD!
if you can explain to the Canadian programs why Canada (and not just "cause I want to immigrate to Canada") and with great apps (We can always help with that if you need assistance) then you have a very goo chance!
