You're choosing a good range -- schools that are stretches but still within reach that they're worth applying (HBS, Stanford), schools where you have a reasonable shot (Haas, Anderson), and schools where you should have no problems getting into (McCombs).
Adcoms tend to like folks from the entertainment industry (there's not many that actually apply, and it's got an intrigue to it like fashion, sports, military, etc. - from the outside looking in, it can seem more interesting than other industries even if it's just "perception"). What matters is getting a strong GMAT to show that you have the chops for b-school academics, as the GMAT is highly correlated with b-school academic performance. So you have that covered. It just comes down to giving the applications your best shot, and you should have a reasonable shot at getting into at least some of the schools on your list -- no one can be assured of getting into every school they apply to - it's really a numbers game and choosing a range of schools that you'd love to go to and that are within reach.
Are you in gaming? Just a guess given your choice of schools (and the fact that there are no NY-area schools on your list) and the fact that you mentioned working abroad with clients on projects, blah blah blah.
