Profile Details as follows:
UG: Bachelor of Electronics (H) Delhi University -- 2nd Rank in the University
PG: Master of science in Informatics Delhi University-- University Topper
PG: Master of Computer Science & Engineering IIT Delhi -- Batch Topper
Have work experience of ~6 years as an enginner in the field of Computer Architecture. Have worked at MNS like Intel/ST Microelectronics.
Currently working as a Lead Engineer at Freescale Semiconductors.
After a strong background and experience in technology field, would like to enter management arena with focus on finance/strategy.
MBA schools on my wishlist are Wharton/Harvard/Sloan/Kellogg
GMAT Score: 720 + 5.5 in analytical essays
What are my chances of getting into colleges of my choice? Is double post-graduation a disadvantage? Should I improve upon my GMAT scores and retake the exam?

Readjust your expectations.
If you are a hardcore engineer, you're going to have a tough time getting into the top schools you listed - schools that really seek those who have a history of being well rounded (i.e. they may not be as good at math as you are, but they likely have more leadership/team experience than you). The fact that you're asking about retaking the GMAT when the score is already in range suggests that you see the MBA and business in the same way you see engineering - that it's about one's analytical horespower.
And yes, having two masters degrees already certainly doesn't help.
In your case, you should focus on schools like Cornell, Yale, NYU, Duke, Darden, Michigan, Haas, UCLA. These are schools where you may have a better shot at getting into.
