Thank you for the quick reply Linda. A couple follow up questions -
- How valued is the mbamath.com review?
- If I have the time, would you suggest taking a class as well as the mbamath.com
- Is there anything else you would suggest to improve my chances?
- Is there anything that, specifically, Anderson or Marshall looks for more than other school that you think I could improve on or mention more on the essays?

Thanks again Linda. I really appreciate the help

You're welcome. To answer your questions:

1) The value of MBA Math depends on the school You can see which schools have actually purchased MBA Math for incoming classes on its web site. Obviously at those programs it is highly credible and value. At other programs it varies from "never heard of it" to valued.
2) yes.
3) Keep doing what you're doing. Write good essays. Make sure you have cogent reasons for choosing the programs you are applying to.
4) I think both programs are more entrepreneurial that many. Marshall has an international component and many times to Asia. UCLA recently added an international requirement. Both schools have strong ties to media and entertainment. Anderson in particular is proud of its collegial atmosphere. This is true today and was true 30 years ago when I attended. It is really part of the school's DNA. You want to show that you are a team player and value that kind of environment. Hot dogs and show offs need not apply.

Best,
Linda
