I think you have a pretty good shot at all the schools you mentioned. You have an unique and accomplished career background that adcoms will covet, and a strong GMAT to give them comfort that you can handle the academics at b-school.
In your case, it just comes down to focusing on doing the best you can on the applications. You should have a pretty good chance of getting into at least one (if not all) of the schools you listed.
What I will say though is that if you're truly interested in real estate development, you should be applying to Wharton and Columbia as your top choices, since both schools have the most reputable real estate programs (and profs) of all the top b-schools. With Wharton, it won't matter whether you apply Round 1 or 2 (since your chances are more or less the same in either round) but with Columbia you should really try and submit for their Early Decision round (which is due early October - and the sooner you get the app in, the better).
Chicago and Kellogg are good options as well and could be your top choices if your priority is to work in the Chicago area post-MBA in real estate.
In any case, it's just a matter of putting in your applications to these schools -- you'll be fine.

Thanks very much! Yes, I'm targeting the Chicago market, hence Booth and Kellogg. Wharton and Columbia are on the list because of their top real estate programs. Stanford and MIT are still on my list because of their entrepreneurship focus.
Essentially, I'm just trying to get the apps done as fast as I can without compromising quality- Booth, Kellogg and MIT have Round one deadlines that are still realistic given where I currently am in the preparation of app materials. For the others I'm not going to make round 1/ED deadlines but will try to get my Columbia app in as soon as possible.
