I got a GMAT score of 660 (Q:47 V: 34) . I have attached my CV as well, pls let me know which schools I have a realistic shot at. I'm a 24 year Indian Girl.

Position: Junior Client Servicing Executive
Agency: Think Why Not
Time Period: 4 months
Key Roles:
Was given independent accounts to handle within two weeks of joining.
Participated & contributed in several brand strategy discussions.

Position: Senior Executive
Company: STAR India Pvt LTD
Time Period: 32 months
Key Roles:
In charge of planning and scheduling the movies on the channel STAR Gold (News Corp) and also managing the Fixed Point Chart (FPC) for the channel. Strategizing on the monthly plan involves various factors, including checking past ratings of a movie (tvr), considering special sales requests and check for future rating potential of new movies before preparing a monthly movie grid for the channel.
Involved in strategic planning for the channel with respect to the promotional aspect of movies; delegating priority to key elements and festivals that can increase the rating potential of a movie.
Coordinate with the sales team for all sales lead activity on the channel. Providing movie festival and other brand integrated innovations that can help maximize the profits on the channels. Have successfully implemented sales innovations such as vignettes, stings, interstitials and special branded episodes for clients such as Frooti, Wipro, ITC etc.
Solely responsible for creating break patterns for all titles on the channel based on research, competition break patterns and movie high points.
Part of the core team involved in re branding the channel introducing new slots, start times and creating a new look for the channel based on statistical research. The entire re branding increased the ratings potential of the channel by roughly 30 % across slots.
Involved in critical discussion making for special programming of events and award shows.
Was solely responsible for handling the International Business of the channel in the first six months of the job. The profile included planning the movie schedule for the channel in all countries the STAR Network reached, coordinating with the sales teams and also taking care of all the promotional aspects of the channel.

I want to pursue Marketing/HR after completion. I know I shld have decided by now. I'm definately leaning toward HR. But not that many schools (from what i've researched) have a good HR placement record.
For now i'm looking at Purdue, Vanderbilt, Yale, Judge, Emory and Oxford... i'm not looking at the top 15 US schools because i'm thinkin its pretty out of reach, but i've been told with my background that i may have a shot.
The 1st two schools i'm a little more confident off. But what are my chances at the rest and where else can i apply?
