Your GMAT score is great, and I do think you'll earn some points in your academic profile for your above average grades in graduate school. The target schools you listed don't feel out of reach to me but they are all pretty selective. UCLA may weight GPA pretty heavily in their rubric from what I've heard. Another factor that might count against you is that your age is above average for many of the top schools.
I have seen candidates strengthen their academic story by taking additional classes to prove they have the aptitude, but I'm not sure you have time to take additional classes. The question in admissions officers mind is whether or not you've truly seen the light as a student and are willing to work your *** off and be a solid contributor in the classroom.
I think your application success will hinge on the ability to demonstrate exceptional management and leadership potential, which can sometimes be hard to do if you've worked in engineering. Of course, the fact that you are a team lead bodes well.
Bottom line you're probably competitive at a school in the 15 - 20 range. I'm sure you'll be able to find a program that is a good fit with your career goals and where you will be happy academically, socially, and professionally.
