3.44 GPA (majored in economics in important Mexican University)
Professional work experience:
Worked 1 year in finance for major international tobacco company,
Succesfully began and ran personal business for 1 year then sold it (led 8 employees)
2 years experience coordinating a team in the finance department for one of Mexicos most important telecommunications companies.
Extra info:
Lived in 3 different countries
Played tennis for entire life (varsity college tennis team, toured in Europe, etc.)
Professional Magician (appearing on local TV magic shows, stage performances, up close magic, etc.)
18 months undergrad intern experience in strategic planning (major worldwide glass company)
Member of Paintball team in Mexico (National Mexican champions, participated in 2 paintball world cups)
Community service: volunteered for 1 year at non profit helping avoid drinking and driving in young people, led team to implement important city wide project which made me interact with top politicians, police chiefs and even the mayor.
I am planning to apply round 2 to: Wharton, Chicago, Kellog, MIT, Cornell, Tuck and UT.
Do you think I may be being extremely ambitious or what MBA programs would you recommend?

No, I don't think you're being overly ambitious. Based on the information you've given, you appear to be competitive with all the schools you've targeted; you're probably less competitive at MIT Sloan than the others.
I can't comment on your fit at these schools or suggest others because you've given no goals.
